This privacy policy applies to the Timestamp Camera: GPS Photo application for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by G P Technoedge (collectively, the "Application"). G P Technoedge is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address.
The pages or features of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and time spent on those pages.
The total time spent on the Application.
The mobile operating system (e.g., Android version) used by your device.

The Service Provider may use the information provided to send important notices, required updates, and, where permitted by law, marketing communications.

2. Location Information & GPS Services

The Application requests access to Coarse & Fine Location (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION and ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION) to provide location-based features and support Application functionality:

Geolocation & Stamping Services: Location data is used in-app to automatically detect street address details, GPS coordinates (Latitude & Longitude), altitude, speed, compass heading, and static map tiles to append directly onto photos and videos captured by the user.
Analytics & Improvements: Aggregated, anonymized location data may help the Service Provider understand usage patterns and improve application performance.
Third-Party Services: Location data (Lat/Lng) is securely transmitted via HTTPS to Google Static Maps API to retrieve map tiles, subject to this policy and applicable law.

3. Camera, Audio & Storage Permissions (Target SDK 35)

To enable core camera and media stamping functionalities, the Application requests hardware permissions:

Camera (android.permission.CAMERA): Required to display the viewfinder, capture photos, and record HD videos with timestamp overlays.
Microphone (android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO): Required to record audio with your video captures.
Media Storage Access (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES & READ_MEDIA_VIDEO): Used to save stamped media to your gallery (DCIM/TimestampCamera) and display recent captures in-app.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, or service delivery. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.

6. Third Party Access & Legal Disclosures

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid in improving the Application. The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.
When believed in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, user safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
With trusted service providers who work on their behalf and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider or its third-party providers may transfer personal data to countries outside your residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Appropriate safeguards used include:

9. Opt-Out & Data Deletion Rights

Opt-Out: You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application from your mobile device.

Data Deletion: You can request deletion of your personal data or account by emailing a.jangid5626@gmail.com. Upon identity verification, the Service Provider will delete your data except where retention is required for legal compliance.

10. Data Retention Policy

User Provided Data: Retained for the duration of your use of the Application plus 12 months thereafter, unless longer retention is required by law.
Automatically Collected Data: Retained for up to 24 months.
Aggregated and Anonymized Data: Retained indefinitely.

11. Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect data from children under 16 without parental consent. If discovered, such information is deleted immediately.

12. Security & Data Breach Notification

The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information. If a data breach occurs affecting your personal data, you will be notified in accordance with legal requirements.

13. Consent & Policy Changes

Where processing is based on consent, you provide consent by opting into relevant features. You may withdraw consent at any time. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
